The head of the International Council of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce said: Isfahan Chamber of Commerce is ready for business and marketing interactions and B2B meetings with Novgorod chamber of commerce members.
Mohammad Reza Golahmad, a member of the board of representatives and head of the International Council of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, in the meeting to examine business and investment opportunities in Isfahan and Novgorod, stated: We are hosting economic activists from the city of Novgorod, expecting a fruitful event.
Referring to the deputy governor of Novgorod’s visit from Isfahan and the his meetings with the provincial officials, he added: In respect to the capabilities in the fields of education, culture, architecture and ancient monuments, the two cities of Isfahan and Novgorod are quite similar.
He further stated that Isfahan encompasses the largest steel company in the Middle East, the tenth largest of its kind in the world, with a great capacity of producing 10 million tons of raw materials per year, as well as refineries and petrochemical companies.
Golahmed, highlighting other fields of cooperation between Isfahan and NoVo grad including agriculture and livestock production, said: as Novgorod is good at agricultural field, it makes a good opportunity for both to cooperate.
 He added: Building materials, stone and textile are among other potential of Isfahan to be considered.
He then emphasized: Isfahan Chamber of Commerce is also the ACD focal-point, on the Website of which Russia can share and exchange its potentials.
Vladimir Polukhin, a member of the founding board of the Novograd Chamber of Commerce thanking the Isfahan people for their hospitality, said: We have proposed to improve our international relations, hence, inviting the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce to participate in the exhibitions and B2B meetings, as it is important for us to obtain business information and business values.
He then stated: We will provide our recommendations and experiences and invite Isfahan Chamber of Commerce to our meetings.
The introduction of economic activists and the fields of cooperation in medicine, military industries, industry, as well as the presenting the requirements, including the packaging, logistics, and dairy industries, were part of the discussions of this bilateral meeting.
 In the meeting the way of national and international communication as well as the banking issues were discussed. At the end of the meeting, the members of the business delegation and local businessmen, who participated the meeting, entered a B2B meeting sessions for exchanging their potentials and requirements.
