The tenth century, which is the beginning of the Safavid era, began with the most honorable industrial periods of Isfahan. One after another, the Safavid sultans, especially Shah Abbas (1587-1629), made great efforts to promote the industries and encourage the master of art. Shah Abbas made Isfahan the capital of Iran and developed the city. Thus, in the tenth century, the greatest periods of the "Isfahan Industrial School" began, and thus Isfahan has been the torchbearer of science, art and industry of Iran since four centuries ago. Shah Abbas dedicated the best and most beautiful markets to the lord of industries in the design of the square and the four bazaars of Isfahan, and made Qeysarieh, which was one of the most beautiful buildings of the era, special for the jewelry and craftsmanship category.
