On the sidelines of the meeting of Member Chambers of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) in Isfahan; the head of the International Council of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture considered dialogue and interaction to be the best strategy to advance the goals of chambers of commerce.
Mohammad Reza Golahmmad said about the role of dialogue in solving economic and commercial problems between countries: Trade and economy are dialogue-oriented and are different from politics and political issues.
Businessmen and traders have realized how to speak the same language in business conversation, and for this reason, ACD's approach is dialogue-oriented beyond political and marginal issues.
Golahmmad stated: One of the most important achievements that we witness in this event is that before this we have not had a reference that would showcase investment project potentials of Isfahan. Currently, in this event, with the efforts of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, a portal has been designed to introduce these opportunities, through which investment projects of the province are presented.
He further added: We have even told the ACD members that each country should present its investment projects to be introduced via this site, in order for avail them in the event to be negotiated over by the companies and organizations with the ability to finance.
The chairman of the International Council of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce stated: Certainly, one of the biggest advantages of holding this meeting is that the potentials of Isfahan as the commercial and economic center of Iran is recognized and introduced to other countries. As a side-event, “Isfahan's Export Potential Exhibition” was organized to represent the province’s export capabilities so that the guests could visit and benefit from.
He said: The conference is well received, as we have not had a face-to-face meeting at the level of the Asian Chambers of Commerce for the last 20 years, apart from a virtual meeting. Irrespective of the current situation, all the countries we expected have attended this conference.
