Amir Keshani, the president of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, stated in this meeting: The purpose of this meeting is to create path for the expansion of economic interactions and exchanges. Isfahan is a communication highway from north to south and east to west of the country. Encompassing several science and technology parks Isfahan is the corridor of technology. Isfahan is known as the peace capital of the Middle East with five thousand years of history and one thousand years of trade history. This city is twin-sister to 15 other cities worldwide and is one of the most important tourist destinations in Asia.
He continued: Isfahan has several registered world heritages, 40 kinds of minerals have been registered, and it holds 60% of the country's steel is production. Isfahan has the highest position in the country in the production of textile, mineral and stone products. Furthermore, in agricultural products, eggs, greenhouse products and milk, it occupies the first place in the country and has a good advantage for the development of trade in the said fields. Isfahan has a special position in the production and export of steel products. Knowledge-based as well as technical and engineering services from Isfahan are well known.
Keshani stated that Isfahan has a good history in the field of exporting heavy machinery to Saudi Arabia, and said: chemical products, special engine oils and spare parts, gas turbines and industrial parts can be part of Iran's imports from Saudi Arabia. It is hoped that we will reach a trade volume of over one billion dollars with Saudi Arabia through planning, and for this purpose, we are developing a road map for the development of economic relations with Saudi Arabia with the presence of economic activists.
The president of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce added: The increase in business opportunities between the two countries should be investigated and by forming a committee and exchanging business delegations. We also request to set up a permanent exhibition of Iranian carpets in Riyadh or one of the major cities of Saudi Arabia in cooperation with the Isfahan Chamber. In April, Isfahan is hosting ACD Forum 2024, where the meeting of the heads of chambers of commerce of the Asian country members are called for to attend and here we invite our Saudi counterparts to attend this important meeting.
Abdullah Bin Saud Al-Anzi, the ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Iran, also said: I thank Isfahan for hosting and I hope these fraternal talks will end in good results and I wish you success. It should be noted that the volume of trade between the two countries reflects the capabilities of the parties, because the two countries have good capacities and capabilities.
 He added: The capabilities of the two sides can increase interactions and participation in different sectors and pave the way for the development of cooperation. It is necessary for the private sectors active in both regions to have more communication with each other. Even though there are sanctions, there are many ways to connect parties to develop relationships.
The ambassador said: A trade agreement has been signed between the two countries, which helps to expand interactions, and this agreement should be taken advantage of. A road map should be defined for the development of economic relations between the parties, so that we can move towards the expansion of interactions with readiness. We welcome the cooperation of the private sectors of the two countries to witness the implementation of joint projects and create employment and income for both parties.
He further stated: There are interesting ideas in the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce. This chamber benefits from capable people and good facilities. But in order to enter the Saudi markets, it is also necessary to pay attention to marketing methods and market knowledge, so in this trip we will examine the opportunities for expanding cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Isfahan. Our proposal is that the cooperation development map be compiled by the Chamber of Commerce based on the capacities and facilities, so that we provide it to the officials of the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the parties can review and follow up the conditions for the expansion of economic interactions.
Mohammad Jaafar Foudeh, the vice-president of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce board of directors, also said: "On behalf of the country's animal husbandry sector, I announce the readiness for mutual cooperation between the two countries. Iran's animal husbandry is one of the most developed industries in the country, and we would like to share our experiences with our Saudi counterparts. I invite Mr. Ambassador to visit the livestock farms of the province and learn about the capabilities of the province in the sector.
Mohammad Reza Golahmad, a member of the board of representatives of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce said: "Chamber of Commerce is a gathering place to the businessmen to talk about a common issue, which is business. We are all followers of the great prophet who was well acquainted with business." This commonality can also be used to develop relations between the two countries.
 He continued: Exchanging trade delegations on both sides can help to expand knowledge of the markets and capabilities of the two countries. Isfahan is a tourist receiving province with many attractions and this capacity can be used to increase cooperation.
Mohammad Reza Rejali, a member of the board of representatives of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, also stated: After the start of the war and the reduction of economic relations with Europe, Russian businessmen and economic activists expanded economic interactions with Iran to its possible capacity and visited the economic capacities of our country, which was surprised by the economic capabilities of Iran. Therefore Saudi economic activists can also visit our potentials. In this regard, it is necessary to identify and pave the ways to increase economic exchanges between the two countries.
