The President of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCMA) in a meeting with the Ambassador of Zimbabwe in Iran

The cooperation opportunities between Iran and Zimbabwe should be explained to the economic activists of the two countries

In a meeting with the Zimbabwe Ambassador in Iran, the president of ICCMA emphasized on explaining the capacities and opportunities of cooperation between Iran and Zimbabwe for economic activists and members of Isfahan and Harare Chambers of Commerce

According to the public relations, Amir Keshani, the president of ICCMA, considered Isfahan a cultural, historical and industrial province and stated: Isfahan is known as the creative city of handicrafts and the largest number of handicrafts among the cities of the world are produced in this city.

Referring to the peaceful coexistence of followers of different religions in Isfahan, he added: The people of Isfahan are very hardworking and this province has the first rank in the number of industrial units in the country.

Keshani stated:  Isfahan Chamber of Commerce tries to increase Isfahan's exports by hosting ambassadors of foreign countries and expanding international relations. He added: Zimbabwe has been subjected to international sanctions Like Iran, and it seems that the expansion of economic relations can make two countries more powerful. 

Bright Kupemba, the ambassador of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Iran, also emphasized that Iran and Zimbabwe should work together to think of ways to defend themselves against Western sanctions, saying: Iran and Zimbabwe are two strong-willed countries that should determine their own destiny and by accompanying each other, minimize the effect of sanctions on their economy.

While referring to the capacity of Isfahan Province, he continued: The Zimbabwe government allocates land to individuals and companies who want to cultivate extraterritorially in Zimbabwe, and their products can be exported to Iran and other African countries.

He considered mechanization as the main need of the agricultural sector of his country and invited knowledge-based companies and investors from Isfahan to invest in this field.
