Introduction:

Massive employment generation, the presence of more than one thousand and five hundred registered production units, the use of relatively up-to-date technology and the creation of research and development units, quantitative and qualitative management systems. In entering the world market, it is considered a part of the effective services of the component maker community to the country's economy.
Objectives:
- Participation of board members in provincial and national meetings and assemblies, on behalf of the members to defend their rights,
- Participating in dispute resolution councils of the Department of Labor and Social Welfare in support of the employers,
- Participating in parliament commissions before the approval of laws regarding the industry and presenting the opinions of association members on plans and bills
