Introduction:
Syndicate, as a representative of the private sector of the electricity industry, while recognizing the needs and issues of this industry and trying to apply a role in the policy making of related areas, relies on the vast capacities and facilities available in the Iranian electricity industry,
as well as the support and companionship of its members, which includes more than 600 equipment manufacturers, contractors, engineering consultants and traders, identify the challenges of this infrastructure industry and take action to solve them and facilitate the business of members.
This trade union active in the field of electricity and energy in the country. It was established in 2019 with the aim of establishing systematic intra-union interactions and communications between electricity industry activists and external organizations with related organizations and executive bodies.
By using the modern knowledge of management of economic organizations, this organization has succeeded by playing an effective role in improving the business environment of the electricity industry, to achieve the first position of the economic organization, a member of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, and for four consecutive years (1390 to 1393) as an export organization.
Objectives:

- Organizing the activities of members in order to improve the quality of production and services,

- Pursuing the orderly and comprehensive growth and development of the country's electricity industry,
- Creating business opportunities and improving capacities electricity industry of the country,
- Strengthening the export capacity of the electricity industry, in such a way that the access of larger companies to foreign markets is increased and the field of domestic business for smaller companies is developed,
- Strive to eliminate monopoly and create balanced and competitive conditions in the field of electricity industry,
- Creating academic/educational capacities to grow and update the abilities, specializations and scientific and technical capacities of the members,
- Promoting closer communication between members and expanding understanding within the electricity industry family,
- Efforts to establish an investment company for the electricity industry to empower the private sector in order to acquire industries that are being handed over,
- Creating harmony and maintaining common interests in order to have a powerful and united presence in the regional markets,
- Policy in creating product lines in target markets to establish a continuous presence,
- Policy making and guiding government policies to allocate government credits to target markets with the condition of using the potential of the private sector of the electricity industry in regional markets,
