Introduction of the unit
In order to assist the implementation of the Business Environment Improvement Law, the commission seeks to identify laws, regulations, events, circulars, and instructions that disrupt the production and the trade sector activities.
- Specialized review in the tax, labor and social security and banking by specialized committees.
- Formulating relevant practical proposals, and follows up the implementation of rule and regulations through service desks stationed in ministries, the Iran Chamber of Commerce, the Islamic Council Assembly and other relevant governmental bodies.
- Diagnosing the basic challenges of businesses in Isfahan province through the submission of quarterly reports of the national index of the business environment.
- Providing executive solutions in order to remove obstacles and improve the situation of the commission.
- Monitoring the performance of executive government bodies in terms of implementation of the rules and regulations, interacting with them and demanding them to make necessary corrections in the implementation of the laws and preventing various misinterpretation of them on favor of business improvement in;
