Introduction of the unit
The unit operates in two areas of "information and communication technology" and "quality assurance, processes and document center" as well as in the direction of improving the quality of services and maintaining and managing data and information of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture.
The mission of this unit is to analyze, design, develop, maintain and improve processes, systems, platforms and necessary hardware and software facilities based on standards.
- Carrying out all matters related to hardware, software and all web platforms at the Chamber of Commerce.
- Establishing and updating the ISO 9001 standard.
Statistics and control of all Chamber processes.
