Introduction of the unit

This unit acts as the legal representative of the chamber of commerce in the meetings of the assemblies, organizations, the government and private sector dialogue council and the chamber commissions in order to monitor the implementation of resolutions and provide legal advices, filing lawsuits to protect the interests of the chamber in various judicial and registration authorities.

Mission

- Membership in the Chamber's Transactions Commission and legal supervision over the drafting of all financial contracts and memorandums of understanding (MOUs).
- Review of the Chamber's instructions and bylaws in order to ensure their compliance with the Chamber’s regulations and procedures and relevant laws and regulations
- Attending and supervising the implementation of working group approvals.
- Support for the revival and reconstruction of the suspended and bankrupt units.
- The way of implementing the judgments of the condemnations of the production units have been formed in order to preserve the active economic interests.

The most important actions and services:

- Formation of the secretariat of the committee for judicial support of investment and the provincial headquarters for the follow-up of the general policies of the resistance economy in the judiciary.

- Assisting and speeding up the fulfillment of the purpose of Article 6 of the Executive Order of the Foreign Exchange Obligation Release System approved by the Central Bank dated June 2018 regarding the assessment of the occurrence or non-occurrence of force majeure, to be notified by the Honorable Deputy Economic Prosecutor to the applicants, banks, regulatory and governance bodies of Including the government punishment organization.
