Introduction of the unit

Considering the approach of the 10th term of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce in changing the process of serving the members and in order to strengthen the share of the members in the business environment of the region, the Service Development Unit along with the affiliated sections have been formed based on the existing departments:

- Customs desks and foreign exchange affairs.
- Tax and social security desks.
- Business and investment emergency center.
- Members club.
- Consultation center

Objectives

- Calling for the problems of production units encounter with, in relation to tax, social security, foreign exchange, industry, mines and trade organization and customs issues.
- Advising and informing economic activists of laws and regulations and providing them with appropriate solution to the raised issues.
- Preparing welfare and incentive contracts and MOUs for the members.
- Planning to hold consensus and synergistic meetings for members of the members and the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce.
- Conducting law elaboration courses with a problem solving approach for the managers of provincial executive bodies.
- Examining the incoming files of the Facilitating and Removing Production Obstacles Working Group with the presence of expert consultants of the Business Emergency Center and the relevant executive bodies and determining the task of the issue.
