A vital issue is linking human resources management with the entire organization so that it does not remain on the sidelines, creates value, and plays a role as a strategic partner of the organization.
The Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture has created the human resources strategic management unit in the 10th term, considering human resources as a vital strategic asset in the realization of its mission.
This unit is planning and trying to develop the competence of human resources in order to achieve the high goals of the Chamber of Commerce through the processes of attracting, selecting, and employing capable and competent human resources, performance management, training, culture, and organizational leadership
