Objectives:
- Organizing matters related to production and export,
- Group participation in decision making,
- Creating a database in related fields,
- Encouraging and supporting joint investment in the production and export industry,
- Creating opportunities for cooperation and activity development for members,
- Introducing members to various ministries and organizations of the province to use the services and facilities that can be provided,
- Holding training sessions required by members and holding specialized conferences and round-tables, as well as attending various internal and external conferences related to the mission of the association,
- Looking into unhealthy competition among members through coordination within the organization and then applying the rules of the Iran Chamber Disciplinary Committee,
- Official follow-up to prevent the production of non-standard and counterfeit products and smuggling with the cooperation and assistance of the responsible institutions and organizations of the province,
- Protection of members' intellectual rights through the relevant authorities and legal institutions.

Membership:
- Iranian citizenship,
- Commitment to the association's statutes,
- Payment of annual membership fees (except for honorary members),
- Employment in one of the branches of textile industries including: types of spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing of textiles,
- Nonwovens and geotextiles, types of blankets, types of synthetic fibers and threads, types of clothing and socks, types of woven towels and sacks,
- Holding an operating license from the Ministry of Mining Industry and Trade.
