Introduction:
The non-commercial organization of Isfahan Province Exporters' Association was established with the mission of providing support to solve problems, facilitate export affairs and provide services to its members
Objectives:
- Organize matters related to export and export-oriented production,
- Obtaining information related to supply and demand, prices and local and international consumer markets,
- Group participation in decision-making and tabling proposals related to export,
- Creating a databank in the fields related to the association,
- Providing information through a network and publishing items and specialized brochure,
- Conducting scientific research on relevant issues,
- Supporting the common interests of members and providing legal and advisory services, Encouraging and supporting joint investment in exports,
- Creating opportunities for cooperation and development activities for the members,

- Trying to resolve issues between activists,
- Legal proceedings to prevent the production of non-standard and counterfeit products and Smuggling,
- Protecting the intellectual property rights of the members,
- Providing the legal consultation services in concluding contracts,
- Providing assistance to companies and commercial organizations in the field of insurance, transportation, banking, customs affairs and warranties, Holding seminars and training workshops for the purpose of improving commercial and investment opportunities in other countries,
Membership:
- Possessing a valid commercial card,
- Managed at least 100 thousand dollars of exports during the last 3 years and at least five customs export declarations and verification documents from competent legal authorities,
- Obtaining the necessary permits from the competent legal authorities,
- Payment of entrance fee and annual membership fee.
Clause:
- In the event that any of the members lose their membership due to the reasons listed below, their continued membership will be deemed to be terminated,
- Losing the membership conditions listed in Article (9) of the Isfahan Province Exporters Association Statute,
- Dissolution or lack of activity related to the topic of the association,
- Social or economic deprivation based on the rulings of the judicial authorities,
- The re-admission of members whose membership has been canceled, by any reason, will be subject to the conditions for entry of new members,
