Introduction:
Cold Storage Association consists of 40 active members including, managers of large industrial cold storages in Isfahan province. It is the first establishment of its sort in Iran.
Objectives:
- Preserve seasonal fruits for a period of 6 to 9 months,
- Preserve food products, including, butter, egg, cheese, ice cream, beef, lamb and chicken, rice, dates, beans and nuts, etc.,
- Monitoring the performance of the operators,
- Training senior managers,
- Regulating the relationship of cold storage operators with government agencies and cold storage customers, including farmers, gardeners and food factories in Isfahan province,
