On Monday, February 25th, 2016 Isfahan Chamber of Commerce received a delegation from the state of Bremen in Germany, where almost 180 members of Isfahan Chamber attended for a business matching meeting with 43 German companies.
Mr. Ronasi, ECCIMA’s Vice President, pointing to the productive background relations between Iran and Germany in the fields of technology and science said: Iran with a population of around 80 million, strategic geographical location in Asia, and abundant specialized and well educated human resources provides a suitable platform for German companies to consider investment in Iran”. He added; “Isfahan province has 4879208 million population, high ranked universities, good quality agricultural products, and around 8000 industrial clusters active in steel, petrochemical products, building materials, mining, and textile industries provide good commercial opportunities for its German companies.
Eduard Dubbers Albrecht, Vice president of Bremen Chamber of Commerce, said that Bremen region is among the smallest states in Germany, but with more than 100 years of experience in maritime commerce and navigation, is considered as one of the most important commercial hubs of the country. He also added that Bremen is involved in machine manufacturing, food and other industries. He expressed their willingness to have cooperation and joint venture with Iranian businessmen, and also asked for detailed information on commercial legislation.
In the end, in the organized B2B meeting, German businessmen and their Iranian counterparts met and exchanged their business intentions.
